Elgin Community College Plan

Elgin Community College is moving forward with a new manufacturing technology building and GRWA is proud to be a part of it. We will design the landscape that students encounter every day they walk into the building or during a class break to get fresh air. This project is exciting and we are glad to be a part of it.
